Project narrative

The brief

Avendus Capital is a financial services firm — investment banking, wealth management, asset management. Their BKC office needed environmental graphics and wayfinding that read as confident and considered, not loud.

Design partner

Leaf Design developed the spatial concept. We worked from their drawing set, with a values-as-game motif running through the wayfinding system — a quiet way of letting culture show up in the space.

Our role

Production and installation across 50,000 square feet at Platina Tower. Wayfinding signage, wall graphics, meeting room identification, and reception treatments — all produced to Leaf Design's specification.

What it took

BKC is a high-traffic commercial environment with strict building access protocols. We staged production off-site, coordinated installation windows around the firm's working hours, and delivered the floor for handover on schedule.
