Project narrative

The brief

Talentica is a product engineering services company — they help startups and tech firms build software. Their Pune office needed a workplace identity that felt like the work: practical, made, hands-on. Nothing too corporate.

The design language

Sourajit Sengupta with Leaf Design developed an environmental design vocabulary built around tactile, made-by-hand details. A pale blue bicycle anchoring 'It's not magic. It's talent and sweat.' Paper airplane installations referencing iteration and lift. Brick-wall café signage. A meeting room called Freewheel, with bright orange glass film as its visual marker.

Our role

Production and installation across the workplace. Wall graphics, glass film for partitions and meeting rooms, 3D installations including the bicycle and the paper airplane wall, café signage, and the wayfinding system that ties it together.

What it took

A workplace install means working around people. Talentica had a working office while we were installing. We phased the work to give them their space back at the end of each day, with handover-ready quality at each stage.
