Project narrative

The brief

When Bayer acquired Monsanto, every Monsanto site in India needed to become a Bayer site — outside and in. Façade signage, gate identification, building markings, wayfinding, and interior brand application across more than 50 acres of operational facilities in six states.

The design source

Bayer AG corporate brand standards. A global identity system with strict specifications on colour, type, scale, mounting, and material — designed for a multinational, applied at a country level.

Our role

Local adaptation and full execution. Bayer AG's standards had to be translated into India-specific implementations — local fabrication, weather-tested materials, structural considerations for monsoon, sourcing within budgets that work for a six-state programme.

What it took

A central production approach with state-by-state execution. We managed the rollout as a single programme, not seven projects, so the brand looked consistent from Maharashtra to Telangana to Karnataka — even though the install teams, the weather, and the site conditions changed at every stop.
